There are a variety of ways to capture a portrait, but here at Blackfern, we believe in a relaxed, natural approach to portrait photography. Whether it's family portraits, newborn or senior portraits, we maintain the same mindset and consistency. Caitlyn Neudecker, a mother of 3, is our portrait photographer and is wonderful with any family size and kids of all ages. When you pair Caitlyn's reliable photography, ability to relate to any client she works with, and ability to handle any family with Alex's signature photo editing that Blackfern is known for, we truly believe we offer a special photography service to the greater Saint Louis area.

Our portrait photography packages cover most types: family, newborn, engagement, senior, dog/pet, casual, etc. However, we do not work in a controlled lighting space/studio.
