BlackFern Inks was established when I began tattooing, full-time, in February of 2022.  The goal is, and always has been, to provide art with purpose.  Art, in our society, is growing evermore important, and I believe tattooing has become the forefront for the artists of the world to help people truly express themselves.  Self-expression is the beauty, and in my opinion, the main purpose of why I tattoo.  To provide someone with art that not only changes how one view themself but how the people around them view that person is an exceptional opportunity for an artist to give their art purpose.  This purpose is what drives me every day to constantly better my craft and learn new ways to tattoo.  This purpose and opportunity that tattooing provides are the reason for my passion for the craft.

As of 2023, my preferred styles are black and grey realism and fine-line floral/ornamental. Currently, I do not offer hyper-realism, as there is a distinct stylistic difference between hyper-realism and realism. I am currently a licensed artist at Epic Ink, Edwardsville, IL. At Epic Ink, we require all clients to book in person as we require a valid ID and a $100, non-refundable, cash deposit to reserve and book an appointment.
